I led backend delivery across filter-based jobs, plan limit enforcement, reliability improvements, telemetry, production readiness, and cross-functional release support.
The capability moved through GA with a low-disruption delivery path, clearer operational visibility, stronger backend guardrails, and better shared understanding between engineering, product, and support stakeholders.
Treated job execution as a product reliability concern, not only an implementation detail. The work emphasized predictable filtering behavior, clear boundaries, and safer handling around customer plan limits.
Added telemetry and release documentation so the team could reason about behavior in production, support rollout decisions, and reduce ambiguity during customer readiness conversations.
