Context

The work sat inside a production agreement intelligence platform where backend changes had to support customer-facing workflows, plan limits, job execution, and operational behavior without increasing release risk.

Constraints

The release needed careful coordination across engineering and product, clear documentation, safe rollout thinking, telemetry coverage, and predictable behavior for accounts operating under different limits and configurations.

I led backend delivery across filter-based jobs, plan limit enforcement, reliability improvements, telemetry, production readiness, and cross-functional release support.

Outcome

The capability moved through GA with a low-disruption delivery path, clearer operational visibility, stronger backend guardrails, and better shared understanding between engineering, product, and support stakeholders.
